White & Weiss Gallery is a contemporary art gallery founded in 2016 by Zuzana and Pavol Weiss, drawing on their long-standing experience in the field of visual arts. It is one of the leading platforms for contemporary Slovak and Czech painting and sculpture. The gallery anchors its activities in long-term collaboration with artists across generations and in the systematic presentation of their work. The gallery’s programme is developed in close collaboration with leading curators and responds to broader developments across the visual arts. Publishing activities represent an important part of the gallery’s programme - the release of exhibition catalogues, artist monographs, and other publications. A key project is the publication MAĽBA SK, which charts the last twenty years of contemporary Slovak painting.
